Lyrics make it obvious it's about losing loved ones and clinical depression, but it's pretty upbeat. Thematically and lyrically one of the most depressing albums ever. | Snake.

05.06.20 | The Killers - Mr Brightside. Dude manages to pull himself out of neurotic depression only to let his own mind drag him right back in as he imagines what his girlfriend may-but-is-probably-not-doing with another guy at that exact moment.

Pixies - Wave of Mutilation. This one's about a suicide.
Nirvana - Lithium. Guy tries to convince himself he's happy and fails.
