Bands I Saw At The Warped Tour
The bands I saw at least a couple songs by at the Warped Tour this year. |
1 | We The Kings
They had energy, but his voice was pretty bad. |
2 | I Fight Dragons
Nintendo sounds. Lots of them. |
3 | Motionless In White
There was a circle pit around the sound booth, which almost got taken out by it. |
4 | Echo Movement
"I think God smokes weed/and He was high when He made me" cool story bro |
5 | New Found Glory
They didn't play Summer Fling Don't Mean A Thing. |
6 | Senses Fail
Buddy is hilarious. Good show too. |
7 | Chunk! No Captain Chunk!
Fuck what you say, I like them. Also, he did a random (and awesome) pig squeal
before one of the breakdowns, and everyone was like "holy shit!" |
8 | Streetlight Manifesto
Singer shouted random scat stuff before every song. |
9 | Of Mice & Men
Austin wore a Slipknot shirt, and right before they played The Depths (which starts
off with a riff really close to one of Slipknot's s/t-era songs) he told everyone to get
down on the ground until he says "jump up," just like Slipknot does in Spit It Out. |
10 | Man Overboard
Only saw a little, but they sounded pretty good. |
11 | Amyst
I like them, and their cover of Rolling In The Deep is fun live. |
12 | Falling In Reverse
Why was there a pink Sasquatch on their stage? Also, I expected Ronnie to sound
like shit, but he was pretty good. |
13 | Breathe Carolina
There was more dubstep than last time I saw them. And Kyle lip-synced the
screams sometimes. It's kind of obvious when you pull the mic away and the
scream lasts 5 more seconds. |
14 | Stepdad
Really interesting band. Despite what my ears told me, there where no chicks in the
band. |
15 | Lostprophets
Amazing. Absolutely amazing. And when my sister got me a poster signed by them,
she didn't mention it was for her brother, so one of them signed with a heart. My
mom was not pleased. |
16 | The Constellations
I really liked them. I was going to get one of their CDs but they sold out early.
They said Ohio usually doesn't like them so they didn't bring many. |
17 | Machine Gun Kelly
He covered Break Stuff with the lead guitarist of Pierce The Veil, and that was the
only thing he did that I enjoyed. He also wasted 4 minutes of his 30 minute set with
having the crowd shout his name. And he isn't from Cleveland, no matter what he
says. |
