2013 Expected

Expected(ly) bad releases this year
1Lil Wayne
I Am Not A Human Being II

"Best Rapper Alive" rings more loudly now than ever, for Lil Wayne is the farthest thing from it since announced on Da Drought 3. DD3 was an outstanding mixtape and I truly believed in him. Now... I'm left with more regret than the Trail Blazers picking Greg Oden rather than Kevin Durant in the '07 draft.
2The Strokes
Comedown Machine

Another sad, sad appearance. 'Is This It' is going to go down as one of my favorite albums of all time. And now, throughout the years since its release The Strokes have been on a slowly twisting downward spiral. This, was the nail in the coffin.
3ASAP Rocky
LongLiveA$AP

Gone is A$AP's hazy, drone-esque aesthetic that made Live.Love.A$AP. Welcome in the more careful release of LongLiveA$AP, that falls into the trap of leaving who you were.
4Trapt
Reborn

Trapt have never been anything more than okay-mainstream rock, and while this follows the same trend, it is the exact reason why it makes this list; too expected, too typical.
5Dropkick Murphys
Signed and Sealed In Blood

Another sad release. DM have consistantly ''dropped'' albums that were great. This release, much like Endgame from Rise Against, shows signs of a band that might be falling off.
