@bgillesp yeah I mean it's alright nothing has blew me away yet sadly...
@daniel working out the past couple of months has really helped with my overall health but I still have a ways to go, nowhere near where I want to be but it's all a process! And thanks I am happier now than i've been in awhile, it's just hard to really feel it. |
