rockandmetaljunkie 08.12.11	If you ever woke up and feel paralysed don't be afraid. Just close your eyes and you will sleep again within a few minutes. If you manage to sleep again you will enter in a lucid dream. And lucid dreams are superb.

rockandmetaljunkie 08.12.11	If this paralysis ever occur to you don't panic and don't try to fight it. It will only result in bad headaches afterwards. plus you will feel extremely tired. This happens because the human brain uses a substance that paralyses your muscles just before you sleep. Usually before we wake up our brain removes the effect. But sometimes our brain delays and doesn't remove this substance so when we awake the result is the paralysis.
foreverendeared 08.12.11	I've had it about 6 or 7 times. It only happens when I fall asleep on my back and that rarely happens, so it's not too big of a problem for me. When it does happen, though, it's fucking horrible. I know coneren gets it quite a bit, we discussed it a few times.

A little stress could help but I don't know how you can induce that.
