Any black metal is easy on the ears. Um, KoRn of course is a top black metal band.
Brokencyde, Blood on the Dance Floor is good emocore. That's really melodic with heartfelt lyrics and clean vocals.
Stay away from death metal like MxPx and stuff like that. They scream alot!
