Download Controlling

Does anyone do this? Because I only download maybe 2-3 albums a week I take the time to listen to all of them 3 or 4 times at least. If I downloaded upwards of 10-12 then I'd never have the time to let them all grow on me and I'd probably listen to most of them only once or twice. I started doing this after I saw on a list about "Sputnik complaints" and one of them was "I never actually appreciate my music because I get so much of it so quickly". Does anyone else do anything like this? List is new downloads.
