1The Dear Hunter
The Color Spectrum

Every song so far, and granted it just leaked so I'm probably pulling a "Hawks" and putting all my eggs in one basket, is purely amazing. Have it currently at a 4.5, depending on how enjoyable it stays, this has potential for 5 status.
2City and Colour
Little Hell

This album is on par with the rest of Dallas Green's work (though I'd still MUCH rather listen to Alexisonfire then C&C). Have it currently resting at a 4, but I don't see it going much higher than that.
3Tech N9ne
All 6's and 7's

This album is a hard one to really rate, because while it has some of Tech's best, it's also a 24 song album, so there are a few stinkers as well. I gave it the benefit of the doubt with a strong 4.5 rating, but it will most likely fall if anything.
4Unexpect
Fables of the Sleepless Empire

I won't even try to classify this band into a genre. Best way to attempt it, I suppose, would be how my friend (who is very uneducated when it comes to specific genres...especially metal) described them..."If hell had a symphony, this is what it would sound like". I'm gonna take that as a compliment towards the band, because personally, I love the album (A solid 4.5 rating show that, I believe.)
5Battles
Gloss Drop

I found myself to be REALLY excited for this album. I loved their 2007 release, "Mirrored", and was hoping for more of the same. While this album has some real gems, it overall came off as a disappointment more than anything. 3.5 is a generous rating, if I do say so myself.
6Atari Teenage Riot
Is This Hyperreal?

I'll be honest, I hadn't heard of this band before I saw somebody "Digging" them. I liked the name, so I gave them a chance. I enjoyed what I heard. This noisy, electro-punk band garnered themselves a 4 for this release. Not too bad guys :)
7Frank Turner
England Keep My Bones

Frank Turner's best. By far. If this keeps it's appeal after a few months, I can see this being a classic, but for now, 4.5 will have to do.
8Fucked Up
David Comes To Life

Really like this album, especially when I'm in a bad mood. sitting at a 4, with a possible jump to 4.5 in it's future.
9Touche Amore
Parting The Sea Between Brightness And Me

I don't know what it is about this band, I want to find myself liking them. I really do, but I just can't. They're listenable, but are they amazing? Not to me. Album got a 3.5, and that's just where it's staying.
10Beastie Boys
Hot Sauce Committee Part Two

I liked the album, but all it really did was make me miss the Beastie Boys of the old days. A 3 is exactly fitting, good, but pretty close to average.
