Just Got Back From Mayhem Fest...
In Homdel, NJ. Alot of great stuff, alot of garbage, and alot of
cigarette and weed smell. Luckly, i got to meet the guys from
Trivium and Megadeth at the Roadrunner tent. I went through a
circle pit and surfed the crowd without dropping on my ass, at 15
years of age! And it doesnt hurt to have free energy drinks while
listening to the best band at the show (who happens to be one of
my favorite bands). Here are the bands ranked |

| 2 | Kingdom Of Sorrow
Everything bout their set was great: high energy, and Jamie Jasta fronting
is a recipe for awsome! |
| 3 | Unearth
The Vocals, guitars, everything blasting at your face made it great. |
| 4 | In Flames
Didn't catch most of their set to tell you the truth, but from what i've heard,
they were killer; even though im not the biggest fan |
| 5 | Red Fang
Their sound was good, but didn't have as much energy, therefore not being
the best, but they were still good |
| 6 | Revolver Stage |
| 7 | Machine Head
YES! One of, if not, the best group their. So much power backing them and
made me go beserk. Really looking foward to their new release in
september also! |

Alot of energy, but No! Not Good... |
| 9 | Straight Line Stitch

| 10 | All Shall Perish
Probably the worst band their. couldnt understand anything this guy said,
and it just sounded like....like.....like Stan in that episode where all he
heard was shit from the music. I felt like Stan with these past 3 bands |

| 12 | Megadeth
SWEATING BULLETS!!! saw them for the second time, and they were even
better than the first time i saw them. Definitely tied for the best band there |
| 13 | Godsmack
EXTREMELY SUPRISED! i thought they were gonna be alrite but DAMN! they
killed it. I was expecting a mediocre performance but i was blown away |
| 14 | Trivium
Missed the first few minutes of In Waves (which REALLY grew on me alot)
and everything else was great, even having the bassist come outta
nowhere in the Theater and ran passed me |
| 15 | Disturbed
Expecting the same from as Godsmack. Unfortunatly, they were allrite.
Wasnt to crazy bout the set. Skipped the last couple of songs to be the
rush outta the place |

This and Machine Head are tied for best. Mite have picked 'deth cuz their
one of my favorite bands but hey, its Megadeth! |
