06.04.13 | "but Id it" is a computer typo that cannot be fixed. I double checked. It was supposed to read "but I deleted it." |
Atari
06.04.13 | 25 to 30 bucks seems a little pricy man I feel like there's probably a better deal out there |
MisterTornado
06.04.13 | space station silicon valley |

06.04.13 | Banjo-Kazooie |

06.04.13 | you should be able to find paper mario for $10 and as much as I love harvest moon you gotta go with paper mario |
DinosaurJones
06.04.13 | I would say Paper Mario. I enjoy both games, but Harvest Moon is so repetitive. Every single Harvest Moon game is virtually the same, and you have your choice of systems on which to play it and have the same experience.
Paper Mario is more unique in that sense. |
Mike08
06.04.13 | My list of N64 games include:
1. OoT, Majora's Mask, 1080, Conkers Bad Fur Day, Perfect Dark, Golden Eye, Resident Evil 2, Donkey Kong, Banjo Kazooie, Mario Kart 64, and Starfox.
Any better suggestions? I'm all ears, but these two sounded interesting. |

06.04.13 | wow yea def paper mario
nothing against harvest moon 64 |
WashboardSuds
06.04.13 | also paper mario for gc was one of my favorite games ever i recommend it highly |
Trebor.
06.04.13 | you could get higher tier N64 games for that price
The paper mario on gamecube is better anyway
you could probably find space station silicon valley and jet force gemini for cheap |
Mike08
06.04.13 | Refer to my list of N64 games; I have Golden Eye, but if there is a better choice I'm curious... |
DinosaurJones
06.04.13 | Snowboard Kids is a really fun game if you can find it for cheap. I wouldn't say it's worth more than, say $15 though. |
Trebor.
06.04.13 | If you ever come across Goemon's Great Adventure (kind of rare japanese 2d platformer) snatch that shit up. There's another game in the franchise called Mystic Ninja which is more like a 3D Zelda game that's cool too
bro you need Diddy Kong Racing too |
Uranium
06.04.13 | paper mario was a great game |
DinosaurJones
06.04.13 | Though I have to agree that the Paper Mario (The Thousand year Door) on Gamecube is an amazing game.
One of my favorite games. |

06.04.13 | cod |
Mike08
06.04.13 | Yeah, I've got the basic great games, but I am looking for a new one. I'll check out each of the recommendations. It looks like Harvest Moon is not the first choice though. BTW I've not heard much on Goemon's Great Adventure... changing that now. |
MasBarHigeuoris21
06.04.13 | Paper mario |
Mike08
06.04.13 | What about Turok 2? Any votes? and its cheap $10 |
Trebor.
06.04.13 | It's a great game, but it can be frustrating
Thankfully they put cheats right on the cartridge back then |

06.04.13 | why are you buying n64 games right now? you shouldve just had them when you were little |
Mike08
06.04.13 | larrytheslug: I did, and agreed. It was my first console and I had lots of good games and memories. Then I got a free PS2 and thought, "Well lets move on." So I sold the N64 at a garage sale. A year later I realized I made a stupid choice and have now recovered the games I lost. That's not a mistake you make twice. |
MisterTornado
06.04.13 | "why are you buying n64 games right now? you shouldve just had them when you were little"
google: nostalgia |
Mike08
06.04.13 | To elaborate: I also have decided I will not be buying an Xbox 1, so I've been playing tons of N64 again. |
Cygnatti
06.04.13 | Paper Mario. Don't get smash bc melee and brawl are so much better. |
larrytheslug
06.04.13 | glad you had one before. buy banjo-kazooie or tooie. |
Trebor.
06.04.13 | ""why are you buying n64 games right now? you shouldve just had them when you were little"
google: nostalgia"
ummmmmmmmmm first of all a lot of us didn't have rich as fuck parents that bought us every worthwhile N64 game. Second of all there are a ton of N64/Playstation/SNES/whatever games that are miles ahead of todays fuck off games that are all 60 bucks and shit anyway. Don't need nostalgia to play good games |
DamnVanne
06.04.13 | Paper Mario is really good, but if you find a game called Chameleon Twist, buy that shit ittrediately |
DamnVanne
06.04.13 | If you play multiplayer with friends, Mario Party 2 is one of the best games made for 64 |
Calc
06.04.13 | no ones a hipster when it comes to N64 huh? I've heard of all the games mentioned here....strange.
Buy Paperboy |

06.04.13 | You know I think I'm going to have to get Space Station: Silicon Valley. What a neat concept! |
DinosaurJones
06.04.13 | StarCraft64!!
Don't really get that. The 64 cannot handle StarCraft. Get it on PC. |
MisterTornado
06.04.13 | Good point Treb, but it certainly does help ;)
"You know I think I'm going to have to get Space Station: Silicon Valley. What a neat concept!"
It's an amazing game, definitely one of the finest on the system. The music is fantastic, the worlds are imaginative, bold, and colorful, and it's full of personality. |
Deathconscious
06.04.13 | i havent played harvest moon but paper mario is an insanely fun game that i used to play over and over again. if youre going to get harvest moon make sure you eventually play paper mario, its essential. also, get paper mario: the thousand year door, super mario RPG, and mario and luigi superstar saga. |
Mike08
06.04.13 | I just ordered Space Station: Silicon Valley. I will look at your suggestions and keep this thread bookmarked. Thanks again! |
Trebor.
06.04.13 | It's made by Rockstar believe it or not, a silly game about a robot that takes over cute animals, ten years later, boom mass
murder and nudity |
MisterTornado
06.05.13 | Yeah I always thought that was a confusing transition. |
Crymsonblaze
06.05.13 | Paper Mario, totally rules. Harvest Moon is fun, but PM is a classic |
DinosaurJones
06.05.13 | I really liked the Harvest Moon on the PS2 (Save the Homeland) but it was kind of short. It was way too quick to run through all the scenarios compared to the other ones. |
Keyblade
06.05.13 | banjo kazooie [2] |
tommygun
06.05.13 | BOTH OMG |

06.05.13 | Paper Mario was one of my favorite games as a kid, but it's still really fun now. Go with that one now-- great humor, too. |
