03.29.11 | I started to explore this genre extensively few months ago and would say Defeater and Modern Life Is War are the most accessible bands out there. Classic bands (Black Flag, Minor Threat, Bad Brains etc.) are definitely OK, as well as modern acts like Verse or Dangers, but they don't appeal to me that much. Defeater and MLIW helped me to expand my taste mostly, so I wouldn't call them 'garbage'. |

I've seen one video containing what you described where Justice flipped out and broke that kid's jaw. I've seen the band three times and have had nothing but good experiences. I've talked to the band on a number of occasions and they're all pretty nice guys, particularly Justice. Not sure what you know about this band that I don't that you can say they treat their fans like shit over one incidence.
Additionally, this is old news (in the sense that any meaningful conversation on the topic has been played out to death), Justice apologized to the kid several times in person and on the phone, and he publicly apologized to everyone else. |
