Fired My First Employee
Fired an employee for the first time yesterday. Just had a sit down talk with him the day before cause he fell asleep on the job, basically telling him he had one more chance, telling him all the things I expected from him. And what does he do? He's late to work the very next day. His girlfriend, who also works for me, tried to defend them telling me that it was his mom's fault cause neither of them have a car so his mom has to drive both of them and she made them late. Maybe I'd cut them some slack if they hadn't been late tons of time before. But no, I'm done being nice to them. Fuck them. List is digs |
