I can't fit all of them in...but these are some albums that have influenced my music tastes as well as the way I play music...my humble little list...
1Between The Buried And Me
Colors

This is a modern classic; I could go on but there?s nothing that hasn't
been said about this band and especially this album. It only inspires
people like me to try to be a better musician.

The Sound Of Perseverance

Criminally underrated; my favourite Death album. Part of the reason I like
this album is Richard Christy's drumming.

The Southern Harmony And Musical Companion

I didn't like anything they did after this album

When I listen to the Mars Volta?s albums, Cedric and company seem to be having a lot of fun and they are really passionate about the music they love and this album clearly shows that. Sadly I didn?t like the new one, Bedlam in Goliath?
