02.03.11 | right now im focusing on cardio endurance and high rep/lower weight lifts for rugby. plus alot of stretching. I had Jack3d and loved it so i was actually thinkin bout gettin more. also tried Superpump that a friend had in college but didnt like it. had to throw out the HemoRage stuff i had cause it gave me crazy bad headaches post-workout. |
