The Mesektet
36 tracks of hip-hop brilliance. From mellow beats that are perfect for your pre-
sleep blunt, to all out bass bangers that would be bangin during hip-hop night at
the local club. The Mesektet is easily one of the best electronic records of the

Mind Altering Dynamics
The debut EP from EmAy is one of my favorite hip-hop releases of the year. The
beats this kid makes are amazing and it's worth the listen just for that, but he
can rap too, and very well at that. Along with this EP he's got another EP from
this year and he's putting out his debut LP soon. I'm doing an interview with im
next week so im super amped on that. He's only going up, so get on this now

Count Oak is a friend of mine named Colin who lives in Toronto. He makes chill
ambient electronica stuff that is some of the coolest music i've heard. "This
albums kind of like... a drugged out afterparty in a beach cave (like in Lost
Boys), recorded on a now decaying tape..." - Colin

For anyone who likes dubstep, this one varies from really low-key atmospheric

myself a huge Godspeed fanboy would be a huge understatement, so naturally i
got this album and it's great. Kind of like a toned down version of what he did
with A Silver Mt Zion along with some nice ambient pieces
