Seizures in Barren Praise
Were only average. I thought they looked/sounded pretty good, but most of the crowd didn't know who they were or weren't into them. Still, not bad, they easily outperformed any local band that would have taken their place. | | 2 |  | Toxic Holocaust

Breathing the Fire
Pretty awesome. If you haven't heard of Skeletonwitch by now, you should check them out. I got to meet Chance Garnette after the show, and he was really cool. It was nice to see this band in Ohio, as it was kind of a homecoming for them. | | 4 |  | The Black Dahlia Murder
Deflorate
They were pretty good. The thing is, I wasn't too familiar with much of their stuff, so I stayed in the back for most of their set. Most of the people that showed up came for TBDM, so it was a pretty rowdy crowd. I was pretty impressed. Also, a lot of hot scene girls listen to this band. | |

11.08.09 | Meh, I enjoy them. They succeed where a lot of bands fail in just being fun to listen to, whether live or on disc. I would agree that they're not a very great band, they don't push the boundaries of the genre at all, and they're not really original, but they're fun as long as you're not taking them too seriously.
I love 1 as well, btw. It was a bit disappointing. I think if they played with some other DW bands, they'd get a much better reception. | TheyTookOurJobs
