Anyways...the single album that really got me to understand Post Rock, even when I had two Post Rock album before it, was Sigur Ros - '( )'. So yeah...that one.

I think your view on what post-rock is... is wrong. Mogwai is the only post-rock band in your list. If he likes instrumental stuff then listen to everyone here.
