Best thing to do is to have a schedule while still mixing things up a bit so you don't get bored/fatigued. And rest. Never forget to rest. |

true you do hit the arms when you do compound lifts like rows and bench press but it helps to sprinkle in some isolation stuff to really hit the secondary groups |
