Top 20 of the year. I really didn't go out of my way to listen to too much from this year but overall it was still pretty enjoyable, especially the top 7 or so.
This might be my favorite Buckthead album (and there are a lot of them). It's a more mellow album in the vein of Colma or Electric Tears but it's pulled off to perfection.
I played the crap out of this when it first came out and only recently listened to it again only to fall in love with it all over again. One of the great singer-songwriters of our time.
What can really be said, it's pretty much genious and at the time it came out was my favorite of the year. It may have slid a bit but that shouldn't take anything away from its greatness.
Unlike their first two albums, which I immediately loved, this one took a little time to grown on me. After giving it some time though I soon realized there isn't a bad song here.
8 is typed perfectly so I don't know why the artwork won't show up. I was going to write more in depth descriptions for all the albums but I didn't feel like typing that much. not really flashy as far as selections go but i'm still happy with it which is all that matters right?
