11.28.06 | A lot of these are good, but AC/DC is missing. |
Thor
11.28.06 | The absence of Yes bothers me. |

11.28.06 | wakeupthedead: My first AC was "let there be rock." I think I only heard that it 79, maybe even 80.
Thor: I had a bunch of arrogant friends at school who were into Yes and Genesis - so I just told them on principle that it was sh*t music and they should listen to Sabbath & Zeppelin. I hadn't even listened to any Yes, but still. . .you know the way it goes. . .dumb kids. . . |

11.28.06 | Yeah man AC/DC is missing! Hey, great list though. |
The Jungler
11.28.06 | Meh, AC/DC is pretty lame. You're better off without them anyway. |

11.29.06 | I'm a huge fan of Zeppelin, Floyd and Deep Purple
I never really liked the who or Uriah heep
I tried getting into ELP because I love King Crimson but for some reason I just can't dig them.
I used to love Sabbath but their music has lost its hard edge.
T-rex is pretty good (from what i've heard) but I havnt got any ogf their albums. |
freudianslipknot
11.29.06 | Yeah, those three I think are the most solid. Of course, Queen slots into a more commerical genre. ELP is not everyone's cup of tea. T-Rex are a kind of folksy, bluesy rock outfit. Really laid back, lightweight stuff. Nothing more. "Electric Warrior" was probably their biggest album. |

11.29.06 | oops - sorry, it was probably a freudian slip or something . . . |
