The 10 Worst "best albums of all time"

Time to bash some supposed classic album that I don't think deserve to be that "classic" at all. Remember this is a very personal list that contains truckloads of unpopular opinions, so don't go all flamey on me.
1Nirvana
Nevermind

Out of all the albums that fit the category, this has to the one for me. I can't tell you how many times I tried getting into this and thinking it's great. I can't. The songs are all pleasant (Smells Like Teen Spirit and Come As You Are stand out), but end up being extremely boring. I can't "relate" to the lyrics either.
2Pink Floyd
The Wall

Why the hell is this bloated double concept album worshipped so much? Because it's so excessive? Because it's so "deep"? I have no idea. All I know is that some of Roger Waters' excursions into synth pop on this album are unforgivable.
3The Velvet Underground
The Velvet Underground And Nico

Depressing to no end, dumb pretentious "art" attitude, that Nico fuckin' bitch ruins every song she sings. The VU got better once they were freed of Andy "shithead" Warhol.
4 Mot?rhead
Ace Of Spades

Fun for the first two songs. Gets redundant after that. Pretty much fits for every Mot?rhead album, basically. AC/DC rocked much harder, not to mention better.
5The Beatles
Abbey Road

The Beatles turned from popular music's greatest innovators into... a normal rock band? At least that's what this album sounds like to me.
6Metallica
Metallica

I hear the "Black Album" isn't as highly regarded as it was back in the day, which is a good thing. It's an Abbey Road sort of thing for 'Tallica (see above), except they continued making shitty album after shitty album after it.
7Sonic Youth
Daydream Nation

Every basement-dwelling indie guy's all-time fave. Don't get me wrong, the album ain't bad, but do songs like Total Trash or The Sprawl really need to be 7+ minutes long? Becomes redundant after a while
8 Deep Purple
In Rock

I hate Deep Purple and I wish they'd go die. But this one strikes me as particularly bad. Yet it's their most popular album... I only put this so low on the list because I tend to ignore Deep Purple.
9The Clash
London Calling

Considered a punk milestone. I like it, but it doesn't touch in any special way. A pleast poppy punk album, nothing more.
10The Beatles
Revolver

Don't get me wrong here, I love this album, but I hate the recent popular opinion that "Sgt. Pepper's" is outdated and this is in fact their best, because neither is true.
