Maiden Ranked at last!

Never made a Maiden list. Been listening to them for almost half my life now.
1Iron Maiden
Brave New World

An awesome album and a perfect comeback for the "classic" line-up (that is; any line up with Bruce). The vibe on this album is great and it has lots of great melodies and hooks. The epic tracks are awesome, tunes are very catchy, atmospheric and innovative. Ghost Of The Navigator, The Nomad and Dream of Mirrors are some of the best Maiden songs ever IMO.
2Iron Maiden
Somewhere In Time

A very different Maiden than what they were about 3 years back. More prog and somewhat a continuation of what they did on Powerslave, only much better.
3Iron Maiden
Piece Of Mind

Follows the same formula as The Number Of The Beast and this is just as good, but in my opinion a littler better.
4Iron Maiden
Killers

Di'Anno's performance is awesome and this time Maiden return with a better structured album than their debut with much better musicianship.
5Iron Maiden
Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son

An awesome concept album, no fast metal tracks here, but still an amazing album.
6Iron Maiden
The Number of the Beast

A really good album, some songs are awesome here. This album is a little overrated in my opinion.
7Iron Maiden
Powerslave

More prog than their last release, the songs seem to be structured really well here and are more lengthy and with this album Maiden are able to create a certain atmosphere about what they sing with their musical ability which will be one of their trademarks.
8Iron Maiden
Iron Maiden

An awesome debut. Aggressive, fast, catchy and amazing vocals. Di'Anno's raspy voice suits these songs perfectly. Stratton is not too bad as well, Dave Murray shows a lot of maturity and is very innovative even in his young days.
9Iron Maiden
Fear Of The Dark

Totally epic! Maiden try to go back to their NWOBHM roots, but the album just doesn't stand as a whole in my opinion. I can't put my finger on it, but something was missing here.
10Iron Maiden
Dance Of Death

Great album. No one in college would shut up about it and that's a good thing.
11Iron Maiden
A Matter of Life and Death

Are they getting old? Hell no by the looks of it. Fairly decent album. They seem to be making the same album again and again though. Nothing new here. This album should have been a little heavier too.
12Iron Maiden
No Prayer For The Dying

Not too pleasing. Has many elements missing from what Maiden used to be in their earlier albums.
13Iron Maiden
The X Factor

Would have been a good album if the tunes were better. The album is decent, but doesn't live up to the expectations of Iron Maiden fans.
14Iron Maiden
Virtual XI

Same goes for this album. Blaze is a really good vocalist, but the tunes here are just so bland. It wouldn't be until Adrian Smith returned for Brave New World that there would come a change. "The Clansman" "When Two Worlds Collide" are awesome tracks.
I also loved the Ed Hunter PC game that came along with this. :)
