New and Improved

These are just some changes, whether in sound or line-up changes, that worked for the better.
1Finch

Say Hello To Sunshine was a great progression for Finch, as it was both unique and more challenging than What it is to Burn, which was also a superb album.
2Underoath

They're Only Chasing Safety was a rather weak release when compared to Define the Great Line, as Define the Great Line is one of the best releases of '06, everything is a million times better than it was on TOCS, plus, the drumming is just astonishing when compared to TOCS
3Senses Fail

Heath replacing their previous guitarists was one of the best things to happen to Senses Fail, as he just brings this metal element with his riffs and solos to the band. They never would have been as technical or aggresive without Heath.
4Story of the Year

In the Wake of Determination made Page Avenue suck. The guitarists, mainly, improved their abilities and made their previous work look like it was done by a class of kindergarteners in a music room. The riffs and solos on ITWOD blow the entire Page Avenue album out of the water.
5Allister

Last Stop Suburbia was an excellent pop-punk album, but Before the Blackout out-did it in every way. The riffs got heavier, the vocalists improved, and more of a straight up rock vibe was incorporated, making their already great pop-punk even better.
