1Pink Floyd
Wish You Were Here

There are some cool jazzy parts here and there but the album is so boring. Plus "Welcome to the Machine" is one of the worst songs that Floyd has ever written.
2 Godspeed!You Black Emporer
F#A# (Infinity)

I really enjoy the album, but it's nothing mindblowing. Unless I'm in the right mood and have an hour of free time on my hand then I can't really absorb the music.
3King Crimson
In the Court of the Crimson King

The first two songs and the albums closer are excellent, but "Moonchild" is a snoozefest and I never though to highly of "Epitaph." Certaintly a great album, but once again it's not even close to being perfect.
4Arcade Fire
Funeral

Aside from the Neighborhood series and "Crown of Love" the album is quite boring and bland. The music may be emotional but that doesn't always mean that it's good music. While I enjoy the album I don't think it's as good as everyone else does.
5Red Hot Chili Peppers
Stadium Arcadium

Most of this sounds like bland rock music with occasional funky riffs here and there. It currently has a 4.3 out of 5 on the site, which I definitely disagree with.
6Radiohead
Kid A

I still don't understand how this album is hailed to be one of the greatest of all time. There are so many other electronica albums superior to this.
7The Beatles
Abbey Road

Good pop-rock? Sure. A masterpiece? I don't think so. I realize how influential this album is, but I still don't think it's that great considering that it pails in comparison to Sgt. Pepper and Revolver.
8Slint
Spiderland

This is another influential album, but the mid-section is dull. "Washer" and "Don Amen" don't do much for me, and aside from the eerie atmosphere this album creates it doesn't do much more. This is probably my favorite album on this list though.
9Green Day
Dookie

A lot of these songs are addicting and catchy but that's all that this album does. Many other pop-punk albums that came out in '94 were much better (Nofx "Punk in Drublic"0
10Sonic Youth
Daydream Nation

This is a great album but it's far from perfect. "The Sprawl" "Cross the Breeze" and "Hyperstation" are all dull and way to lengthy. Plus Sonic Youth have done much better with Sister and Bad Moon Rising.
