Drummer Influences

My new list. Yay!
1 Danny Carey
Tool

I still believe in Danny as a drum god. Although his speed and techniquality isn't as good as other drummers, this guy's drum patterns are awesome. Original, yet it fuses good with the song, and he uses every single part of his drum.
2 Dino Campanella
Dredg

He is like the new Danny Carey. He has simple yet addictive drum beats that again fuses very well with the songs.
3Dave McClain
Machine Head

This guy is great at switching between hands and feet, creating awesome drum fills.
4 Martin Lopez
Ex-Opeth

AAAH!! Why did you leave oh Lopez. You with the great jazz influences and perfect feeling. You redefined death metal with the more jazzy drum beats instead of those countless blast beats.
5 Derek Roddy
Ex-Nile

An awesome blast beat drummer. His feet are also sick as it can be, I've never heard a faster double base.
6 Matt McDonough
Mudvayne

This guy does an excellent job at keeping the songs interesting (especially the later releases). His technique is great, and manages to give every song a different beat.
7 Brann Dailor
Mastodon

This guy relies more on fills than other bands. He barely sticks to a simple beat, yet the feeling is complete. Again it's an awesome drummer.
8 Bill Bruford
I don't know, but he started with King Crimson

A revolution to the drummers at the early years. While most of the drummers just sticked to the rhythm, holding the beat. This guy just ignored all that stuff, and created some really confusing fills and like that.
9 Thomas Haake
Meshuggah

This guy's stamina is unbelievable. His drumming style is also different to the other drummers, mcuh like Meshuggah itself. I love this drummer.
10 Virgil Donati
Solo drummer

This guy is like $%&FDMSJOASDF$%. That stands for being the best drummer in the world. This guy is incredible fast, techniqual and has a good jazzy feeling.
11 Jason Bittner
Shadows Fall

This drummer is very accurate, which is needed for a steady song. For the rest, he is decent, nothing really sticks out. He is awesome anyways.
12 Nicholas Barker
Ex-Dimmu Borgir

Very fast, yet quite techniqual. He has some of the best black metal fills I've ever heard, and also some awesome blast beats.
13 Flo Mournier
Cryptopsy

Many people will probably hate if I didn't add this drummer. But I agree with this drummer being incredible fast. If he'd somewhat less sloppy at times...
14Abe Cunningham
Deftones

This guy has a great feeling and always sets down a cool beat. Nothing more, but also nothing less.
15Joey Jordison
Slipknot

Mainly because I look like him (without his maks of course)
