Three Days Grace-Adjacent Albums Ranked

Four albums, and not a single one of them above average.
1Saint Asonia
Flawed Design

The best of the bunch, if only by virtue of basically being a decent-not-great Three Days Grace album. A few bangers early on, but quickly peters out into unremarkable background-music blandness.
2Saint Asonia
Saint Asonia

Like the above, but with even less hooks and more barely-there sonic space. For all the talk of being a so-called 'supergroup', back in the day, this band would just have been named Gontier's Three Days Grace (Three Days Gontier?) and toured separately from the real Three Days Grace, but still using the name to draw fans in (see: Oliver/Dawson Saxon vs actual Saxon). The sound is THAT similar.
3My Darkest Days
My Darkest Days

This sounds like the kind of record artists would make back in the radio-single days, when they would slap together any old material in the studio in a couple of weeks to justify a full-length album. In this modern example, the single itself is decent enough, in a lunkheaded, vaguely misogynistic frat-bro kind of way, but the rest is the kind of unremarkable fodder that would only be heard from the very worst one-hit wonders of yesteryear.
4My Darkest Days
Sick and Twisted Affair

The first album, minus the hit single, and any semblance of excitement or enthusiasm the musicians had managed to muster there. As dull as this kind of lowest-common-denominator radio-rock comes.
