This is Fenriz, do I need to say more? Excellent band overall. Very varied which makes it interesting but also have some peaks and valleys even within the same album that are quite rare for other bands: folk just magnificent, maybe the best; black metal: hit and miss, more miss I am afraid; ambient: good to great. Not sure where to put the 2020 release yet, clearly not clicking with me. | 1 | | Isengard Vinterskugge

01.19.21 | I bought 1 years ago knowing nothing about it being a Ferniz project. Really cool stuff. Haven't heard any of the other material yet. Is the new release mostly folk or black metal? | rage11111ro
01.19.21 | I have both of the above for many years so I listened to them a lot. Interestingly enough these are some of those releases that I like more the more that I listen to. Last one is neither golf, nor black metal. It is heavy metal, some Mercyful fate, Sabbath vibes, completely different, no problem with that but (for now) it does not seem as inspired. | budgie

01.19.21 | Hell yeah. Storm rules hard, great folk and a super interesting reinterpration of Quintessence (Yeap, the mighty Darkthrone song) |
