Reached 1000 ratings.

My life is boring but I do enjoy the odd music so I grinded out Sputnik and reached 1000 ratings in just under three years of being on this site. So here is a list of things.
1The Hirsch Effekt
Holon: Agnosie

I thankfully discovered this band through this site a week ago and it is scratching that Dillinger itch better than pretty much every mathcore band (apart from maybe The Callous Daoboys but I have been listening to them for 3 years, not a week). I am glad this was my 1000th rating because it is incredible. I say this a lot, to the point it has little meaning, but this will probably be my next 5.
2Radiohead
In Rainbows

This band finally clicked with me this month hard. They have been on constant rotation since, especially OK Computers and In Rainbows. All of their albums has at least one song I am addicted to.
3The Dillinger Escape Plan
One of Us Is the Killer

They are simply the greatest band to exist. This is fact.
4My Chemical Romance
Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys

This was the album that got me into music, I think. Even though The Black Parade is the record that truly wowed my 6 year old brain. It feels weird that I have been listening to a for almost 13 years now, anyway MCR slaps live which I discovered last year. They played Mama, Welcome to the Black Parade and Sleep in a row and it was incredible. These are my three favourite songs by the band so it was surreal hearing it live.
5Radiohead
Kid A

My A Levels exams are coming up in like 8 weeks or something ridiculous like that. I hope the next 8 weeks are the longest 8 weeks of my life.
6YoungBoy Never Broke Again
Top

Finally watched Park Chan-Wook's most recent film, Decision to Leave, and have completed his filmography. I swear this man can do no wrong. The fact he got no nominations in the Oscars this year is an actual crime. That film definitely deserved best cinematography.
