5 Modern Underground Kraut Bands you should check

Today I wanna showcase 5 bands that fit loosely under the term umbrella term Kraut(rock), to maybe point to what the german underground music scene is up to, because noone besides me cared for these bands on sput yet and I hope to change that. The albums picked are the most recent releases.
1AI (DE)
II

Düsseldorf

First off we got AI, whose music is annoyingly hard to find online because of their name, but you'll manage.
They play probably the most "classic" kraut sound out of all these bands, focusing their music on a really tight groove section and then going wild with a lot of synths (I mean seriously I saw them live and they had like 7 different synths on stage). I also will say that this particular album is a hell of a ride on mushrooms.
2Flying Moon In Space
Zwei

Leipzig

This is a seven-piece kraut act that tends to be more on the electronic side of things incorporating different influences from other genres, especially house beats into their music. It's like a danceable space trip. If you like newer Föllakzoid that's your jam.
3Future Jesus and The Electric Lucifer
Kosmo Cure

Düsseldorf

Three dudes dressing up in ridiculous space costumes and therefore playing on the space rock side of kraut reminiscent of Hawkwind and Ozric Tentacles mixed with the humour and weirdness of Guru Guru. A lot of space related quotes, a lot of trippy synths and a lot of fun to listen to.
4gong wah
a second

Köln

Probably the least krautish band on here, you may call them indie rock with a kraut spin. I decided to include them because if you're more into songwriting and less into jams, here is your pick. A really talented singer, catchy hooks and catchy synths, that deserve waaaay more attention than the band got so far.
5Orange (DE)
Zen Zero

Ulm

The biggest and oldest band on this list, well known among german hippies, because of their powerful and hypnotic live performances. But noone outside Germany seems to know them, so here you go. In the tradition of the more "world" music oriented bavarian kraut bands like Popol Vuh they play what can be best described as tribal trance or worldbeat. They create dense beats with a didgeridoo and throat singing accompanied by a percussion section. Definitely the most unique sounding band on this list.
