Whoracle
Not every album is good from start to finish, and there are quite a lot of albums that only feature one or two good songs. Every year you'll find them in spades but in 1997 it felt like almost every albums is like that. One or two songs, amazing as they may be, are not enough to put an album in my best of list so this time I'm going to only put Whorale here, but I still wanted to mention some of the albums that came out this year that didn't make it:
