| Underrated albums | 1 | | Atreyu Lead Sails Paper Anchor
This album isn't as hard as their previous releases, which is one of the main reasons for it being so underrated and despised by its fans. But this album is full of great vocals and unforgettably written songs such as Lead Sails Paper Anchor, the title track, Lose It, Becoming the Bull, Can't Happen Here, and many others. | 2 | | Seether Holding Onto Strings Better Left to Fray
Seether itself has much criticism, which makes this album suffer even greater, but the album itself is actually very well made. | 3 | | Seether Finding Beauty in Negative Spaces
With the same description as the prior example, this album also suffers due to the band's comparisons to widely hated bands such as Nickelback. This album is perhaps the best album on this list and is certainly worth a listen, despite it's weaknesses, it still has many great songs like Fake It, Rise Above This, and Fallen. | 4 | | Panic! At the Disco Pretty. Odd.
A strange release by the band, with names you'll never associate with any of the songs, but the album itself is very well made with some great songs in an old-timely fashion. | 5 | | Avenged Sevenfold Hail to the King
Many people tend to dislike this album and say that its too similar to the ones that have inspired them, saying that they've gone to their "safe zone". This album, however, is a testament to how, even when the band tries something a bit different, they can still do it very well. | 6 | | Avenged Sevenfold Avenged Sevenfold
An album by Avenged Sevenfold with many different experimental songs, such as their attempt at a country song, Dear God. Most of the songs in this album are very well made such as Little Piece of Heaven, Gunslinger, Almost Easy, and Afterlife. | |
