Grateful Dead and Velvet Underground have a huge, loyal (but very specific) fan base. SCREAM! 05.12.17	If you want an "objective" answer, it depends on which factors come into play when evaluatating what makes a band "great" and I don't think any of the ones on the list (barring maybe Nirvana) would make the cut due to lack of influence (debatable for REM and Talking Heads, but I don't think they're quite there). Metallica should def be considered in here If you're going a more subjective route then obvs everyone is going to say something different
