All i've got to work on is I remember hearing it from here back in 2012. It was a ep by an american college student who recorded the one e.p. then passed away (or maybe his parents helped with getting it finished)? I just remember a really eerie piano led rythm. The song was very soothing and the lyrics repeated themselves. Something along the lines of radio and vibrations. Any help would be appreciated. It's driving me mad!
