artiswar 03.06.18	Koloss is pretty much my #1 Meshuggah on most days. I would urge you to revisit it for sure. And the remaster of Nothing is kolossal... the hell are you doing with your life?? Though admittedly the new blue artwork sucks, the original looks wayyy better.

artiswar 03.06.18	It's a lot bassier. I haven't listened to the original in years, the remaster just sounds huge. I've heard people say some songs sound better on the original and I'm a bit curious about that.
artiswar 03.06.18	Rational Gaze is like my least fav on Nothing tbh. The main riff is fantastic but the whole middle part of the song is kind of weak to me. I find most of their other songs better. Also there's a suspicious lack of TVSOR on both lists... hmmm...

DungeonBoy 03.06.18	The entire NONE EP is my favorite Meshuggah, but Destroy Erase Improve isn't far behind. I could never really get into new Meshuggah. It's too mechanical, which I know is what they are going for, but I prefer their thrashier blend of technical metal.

I love the way the mechanical and melodic elements combine in that track... and the AiC comparison is quite warranted too. Lots of "Would" influence in that intro
