Envy Albums Ranked

Forgot about my love for this band's material... Their blend of styles reaches a stride that seems unmatched sometimes. I wish I could call them one of the most consistent in my catalog but I wasn't feeling their last two as much. I have not heard their EP's. Also they aren't on Spotify. Wtf.
1Envy
A Dead Sinking Story

I'm gonna have to put this first. It holds the most emotional resonance with me, especially songs like Go Mad and Mark and of course Reasons and Oblivion. I think their first two records were blended perfectly together to form this.
2Envy
All the Footprints You've Ever Left and the Fear Expecting Ahead

Nearly tied for first, since both were 4.5's but A Dead Sinking Story got the 5 first and I haven't decided whether to bump this one up yet...
3Envy
Insomniac Doze

Wasn't sure whether to put this or From Here to Eternity 3rd, but Further Ahead of Warp is perfection, and I can kinda vibe off of this as a whole a little more.
4Envy
From Here To Eternity

Raw and black. Great start, despite the 4th placement for me.
5Envy
Recitation

Swinging between a 3.5 or 4 or on this. Unfortunately after a while in some band's careers it's hard to distinguish between whether or not they start becoming predictable or just do enough to meet expectations. I feel like it's a little bit of both on this album, which doesn't make it bad. Maybe it's just bias. The slow start to the album isn't bad either, as Rain Clouds for a Holy Night delivers. You just have to let the music decide. It's simply this low because it's the first time I feel it might be getting a little redundant.
6Envy
Atheist's Cornea

I unfortunately did not get much of anything from this. It either sounded too much like going through the motions or just plain off in my opinion.
