Worry.
this album really does sum up late teenage anxieties, the lyrics stuck with me straight away. the whole essence of this album just gives off such depressing vibes but just feels pretty relatable

The White Album
although this is an album just re-living it's 90s youth, it's still completely lovable and just pretty care-free. something you can just sing your heart out to late night on a long distance trip yano?

"Awaken, My Love!"
the hype for this was definitely worth it, always liked CG's other stuff but never thought i'd enjoy it as much i've enjoyed this album.

Atrocity Exhibition
being the first thing i've listened to by Danny Brown, I wasn't sure what to expect, but it did not disappoint. this album goes so hard and has got to be one of my new favourite hip hop albums of all time.

Bottomless Pit
another album by death grips which will stick with me forever, and especially seeing them in October made this album so much better for me. really brought the atmosphere of the album alive.

12.10.16 | really they are equal as albums for me, its probably just because i haven't listened to DB very recently, whereas all i've been playing in my car atm is CB, so pretty stuck in my head at the moment & kind of wanted to restrict myself to 5 just to get the cream of the crop, but theres still a lot of stuff on my listen to list from this year so maybe an update at some point?? | deathschool
12.14.16 | Nice list. I've heard all of these except Gambino. Not really a huge fan of most of his stuff. I'd say 1,4, and 5 would be in my top albums for this year too, but I haven't really been on top of 2016 tunage. |
