Bands I Have Seen Live!
No, I haven't only seen 10 bands live. Believe me, the actual list is much, much longer... Instead, these are just the bands I have seen live the most times, some with more reason than others... |
| 1 | Elliot Minor
16 times. I know right, what was I thinking? But everyone has their fangirl phases and they just happened to be the lucky band to cash-in during mine. They always put on a good show, though, so it was hardly a waste of money I'd say. |
| 2 | Porcupine Tree
6 times. I don't know why I let the number get so high as I was getting bored by the 3rd time. Still, I recall enjoying myself for the most part the first couple of times, and I got to hear 'Arriving Somewhere' live, which was awesome. Never again though... |
| 3 | Deathstars
5 times. The first time I saw them they were supporting Lacuna Coil and I did not care for them one bit. Until they started playing, that is. Their performances are always so glam and dramatic, it's hard to not enjoy yourself! |
| 4 | Dream Theater
5 times. My second favourite band to see live. With a different set to look forward to every show, it was always very exciting! Not to mention that the band themselves are always on top form, so performance-wise it was always a brilliant experience. |
| 5 | Children Of Bodom
4 times. I only started REALLY liking them after the last time I saw them, but that just goes to show how good they are that even before I REALLY liked them I still bothered seeing them, which meant queuing for hours and hours... totally worth it though! |

4 times. One of the first bands I ever saw live, as well as one of the bands that convinced me that going to gigs was worth it, so thank you, Epica! |
| 7 | Nightwish
4 times. I doubt that I'll be going to any more of their gigs in the future, having somewhat 'outgrown' them, but I can't fault them on being great performers every time I've seen them live. They'll always have a special place in my heart. |

4 times. I'm actually not that big a fan of theirs, so how I managed 4 gigs, I have no idea. And, no offence at all to the band's performances, but aside from the first gig of theirs I went to, I'm pretty sure I fell asleep mid-set every time. It's all their psychedelic lighting, I tell you... |
| 9 | Sonata Arctica
4 times. My favourite band to see live! Even though my knowledge of their most recent albums is absolutely pathetic, meaning I fail at recognising the majority of the songs in their sets, their shows always get my adrenaline pumping and wanting more, so as far as I'm concerned, everyone should see this band play at some point in their lives! |

4 times. You know a band has done a good job at impressing you if you went to the first show hating them and then ended up willingly seeing them another 2 times in the same year. Yeah... |
