01.31.14 | fills up fast if you download music constantly. gave me a reason to clear out shitty music i don't listen to anymore off my hard drive though |
dimsim3478
01.31.14 | I maxed mine out years ago but the truth is that with that much excessive space, there's always something that you're not really listening to that you can delete. |
treeqt.
01.31.14 | my pink floyd discography is almost half that so why wouldn't that be possible |
StallionMang
01.31.14 | Congrats man, most can only dream of having so much music |
Veldin
01.31.14 | I thought my 15,000 songs was excessive. Gonna go listen to 7 now. |
JokineAugustus
01.31.14 | Probably should blow your brains out now |
RadioSuicide
01.31.14 | I really should clear out a bit of stuff, at least cut some fat off of it. I've got a ton of Floyd, but Johnny Cash and The Beatles are my biggest portions by far. |

01.31.14 | yeah this happened to me about a year ago, it was really disconcerting at the time but i've learned to deal with it. i just keep a separate playlist called ipod and remove things from there when i want to take it off the ipod and add shit on when i get something new. basically i just keep that updated and have my ipod sync only to that instead of the whole library. takes a little extra upkeep but it's better than having to delete stuff from your computer |
dimsim3478
01.31.14 | Can't you turn off your sync? |
MeatSalad
01.31.14 | so much music wow u must be a fuckin nerd xd |
RadioSuicide
01.31.14 | Yeah you can turn off your sync and just add whatever you want. |
Rowan5215
01.31.14 | I did the same with no movies or photos yeah it sucks |
Chrisjon89
01.31.14 | i'm getting there but i'm okay with switching stuff out on a 160. plenty of headroom. 30GB was brutal |
Rowan5215
01.31.14 | Probably makes me seem pretty spoiled but I can't even imagine what having a 30GB would be like |
RadioSuicide
01.31.14 | ^ Same. Wouldn't even know where to start. |
Chrisjon89
01.31.14 | yeah we're spoiled. what have we become. 30 honestly isn't too bad - just had to switch things in and out more often as time went on. the favourites are guaranteed, switch in digs and new albums to check out.
i'm old enough to remember 1 gig mp3 players. and even that seemed cool back then compared to a discman. |

01.31.14 | I remember when I used to have to make some gut-wrenchingly difficult decisions on which songs to delete off my 4GB Ipod Mini everytime I wanted to put something new on there from the ages of 12-15. Was horrible. |
itsalltherage
01.31.14 | To be honest though I do fine with a 64GB Touch & 320kbps mp3s these days since I only keep albums/songs that I really enjoy & actually listen to on there & have next to nothing in the way of media/apps.
Itunes library is mad though - 30k songs/264GB & growing every day... |

01.31.14 | i just maxed out my old 120GB ipod.....it made me sad and time consuming to figure out what to include and what to take off having to go through it album by album and re-listen to a lot and decide if they stay or go |

01.31.14 | my 164gb broke a few months ago, it was at 100gb or so. Now I have to use 64gb sd card for my phone, and its horrible |
