07.20.23 | I watched ten minutes of cricket the other day, first time in ages, the in-laws were over helping with the kid so I could hardly tell them to change the channel and do one - still, can give it another ten years before watching again now
The sister in law is covering this in a studio, can't remember who for, so I feel I should make the effort and watch some of the Women's WC as she's actually having to change her sleep pattern and all that for it. I probably won't watch much though if I'm being realistic, the time difference is the nail in the coffin really. |

There’s more to it though. Certainly Test Cricket. The crowd, the intricacies of how so many things involved count, the rivalry, the piss up, how easily the game can swing. It’s absolutely amazing, nothing else like it.
World Cup, Spurs winning the Prem or England coming from 2 down to win this test and take it to a decider and win the ashes.
I’ll take the cricket.
