Best Rapper Still Rapping?

Who do yall think is the best rapper that is still making music in 2014? I gotta go with Ellay Khule / Rifleman. Just recently discovered him, hes a veteran underground emcee from LA, and he has one of the best combinations of lyricism and flow i've ever heard. His beats are a little inconsistent but not on the album Holy Scriptures. Check out that album, its on itunes and spotify, search "holy scriptures- various artists", heres one of the best tracks: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KgEEYp8CvEM His shit is kinda hard to find, but these three albums are all on spotify.
1Ellay Khule
Holy Scriptures

This is on par or BETTER THAN Illmatic, KRS-One, 36 chambers level to me right
now. Basically every track is dope, but my favorites, that I consider 5/5 stars, are
(in order):
A Clear Thought, Still Coming Up, The Leader, Hip Hop Veteran, On Some,
Message In The Music, Get'n izzy, Grown On, Go Gettas
2Rifleman
Warrior's Euphoria

This is not as consistent as Holy Scriptures, especially in regards to production,
but has a few tracks that are 5/5 stars.
3Rifleman
Street Symphonies

Reflex, G-Code and Journey of Life are the best on this album. Pretty damn good
overall, and his flow on Reflex is insane, but this album runs a little long.
