About a week ago, there was some pretty major flooding and cyclonic winds where I live. Knocked out power for days and there's not going to be any internet for another couple of weeks. I also had to have surgery on my wrist 3 days ago so typing for long periods of time is a pain. Wont be writing reviews for a little while, and I'll end up falling really far behind on new releases, so if any of y'all can drop new release recs for me from the past couple of weeks + when I come back, it would be greatly appreciated. @Scuro, it's been freezing in the wake of these storms, having every day fail to breach 20 degrees at this time of year is so strange. Hopefully it's not indicative of a freezing winter though, this middle ground is great. | ComeToDaddy

I've heard good things about them, so I picked up their debut and I'm just not feeling it. Do you know which tracks from Last Alone I should start with. Or maybe one of their other albums? | ComeToDaddy
04.27.15 | I don't know your tastes, but Crossroads would be the best place to start for sure, it's their most diverse album. Dreamweb and Lost Alone are more homogeneous, still phenomenal but not a good starting point if you don't already enjoy that style. Check out Amnesia, Identity and Run For Your Life(this one in particular), they're each pretty different and there's a good chance you'll dig at least 2 of them. | VaxXi
