06.30.17 | Where the hell did you find that Heavy Load CD? Bootleg maybe? I know they're having all their stuff repressed this year, but thought they were starting with Stronger Than Evil and working back.
I grabbed those Bang CDs as well, plus the self-titled. Great band! |

I just discovered them myself recently. Someone in a Facebook group did post the controversial cover art of "Sex & Drugs & Jesus Christ" and I just had to listen to the album. I dislike the drums but the whole atmosphere smokes. It's also here I discovered Gitane Demone. Her performance on Erection is fucking intense (Pretty much gave me an erection). I looked up her discography on Rateyourmusic.com and ordered some of her solo stuff. Sexy vocals and image!

I bought the Heavy Load CD at the Danish metal festival Copenhell. They had a lot of rare stuff at the marked! The CD is made in Sweden from a label called "Flawed Gems". You can look the rest up on discogs.
Bang guested Denmark for the first time back in May. I did own their self titled so I grabbed the other ones and got them signed. I did not have money enough to buy the vinyls but some day I'll get them for sure! I hope they come back next year! It was one helluva gig! |
