I believe ron paul would be an amazing catalyst for change in congress tho. |

05.02.12 | Ron Paul is the most important politician in the USA right now. Obama is just another puppet for big business corporations, nothing special. jdennis31
05.02.12 | and what maniac said up there, one of the main reasons i liked ron paul in the first place. he acknowledges that he can't do anything without the support of congress, unlike obama who was just spouting a bunch of shit he was gonna do knowing he wouldn't be able to do alot of it due to opposition in congress. at least ron paul mans up and then encourages the people to elect congressmen who will actually act, instead of occupy a seat. |

yea it is
pure capitalism would result, as we can see already, in a stark gap between the rich and poor due to that whole rich get richer, etc. where it's at now would not even touch where it would be if there was "pure capitalism"
pure socialism would never happen because lots of people want to be that much more well off or better than other people. lets just say someone comes up with a great new invention, they wouldn't settle for somehting small for it, they'd want something greater. it's human nature to be competitive and strive to be better |

05.21.12 | Idk Ron Paul's position on marijuana even but he's got some good speeches about power of government and the constitution that seem earnest |
eternium
05.21.12 | Ron Paul prefers tyranny by rich people. |
illmitch
05.21.12 | obama because i think libertarians are dumb |
WeepingBanana
05.21.12 | i mean i don't endorse Ron Paul at all but i hate it when people say that "only pot heads support him"
but Obama is a mass murderer so i guess Ron Paul is better |
eternium
05.21.12 | Obama has been excessive on the drone strikes but it also killed many, many terrorist leaders.
Calling him a mass murderer is over the edge. It isn't exactly his fault when the military strikes villages and he is slowly winding down the wars. |
Storm In A Teacup
05.21.12 | guys we should be worried about the war on everyone who's not a white upperclass person and the true tyranny of the Federal Reserve |
Maniac!
05.21.12 | "I don't think we should admire those who volunteer to kill and be killed."
that's a very stupidly narrow minded view of the military |
WeepingBanana
05.21.12 | he's sent 5 times as many drone strikes as bush. he's in direct violation of the nuremburg principles |
illmitch
05.21.12 | "woah i never knew that the entire military was passionate about marijuana, tell me more"
i never knew the entire military supported ron paul |
WeepingBanana
05.21.12 | "i never knew the entire military supported ron paul"
well they've only donated any money to him and that's where a huge chunk of his campaign money comes from... |
someguest
05.21.12 | I never said that was the only career option in the military. However, it is the main one, and the most publicized. |
auberginedreams
05.21.12 | well obviously soldiers are a pretty integral part of the military. |
Storm In A Teacup
05.21.12 | Obama just didn't know what was coming I think he just lost his balls somewhere I think maybe there was a transplant and Hillary's got 'em now.
Supposedly he wanted to back off from striking the compound where Osama was but he was convinced to do it by hillary and one other person. |
beefshoes
05.21.12 | Well, if you go by that standard, every US President we have ever had has been a mass murder.
Paul or Romney would be no different. |
eternium
05.21.12 | "he's sent 5 times as many drone strikes as bush. he's in direct violation of the nuremburg principles"
Yes but that's because Bush completely forgot about Afghanistan and went after Iraq, resulting in around a million casualties and far more people relocated. |

05.21.12 | "Supposedly he wanted to back off from striking the compound where Osama was but he was convinced to do it by hillary and one other person."
I've never heard this and even if it did happen nobody would admit it. |
WeepingBanana
05.21.12 | "Well, if you go by that standard, every US President we have ever had has been a mass murder.

well yeah a lot of presidents have been but Paul is adamantly non-interventionist so if any president isn't gonna be a war criminal, it'd be him. unfortunately that's one of the few things that he supports which i agree with |
eternium
05.21.12 | I agree with him on that part too. I just completely disagree with Paul in that I like having clean water and shit. |
WeepingBanana
05.21.12 | "Yes but that's because Bush completely forgot about Afghanistan and went after Iraq, resulting in around a million casualties and far more people relocated."
I think everyone needs to consider that what the US considers a "terrorist" mostly means "terrorist who isn't profitable for a select few of us anymore". We've proven to label people as "terrorists" when it's convenient for us time and time again throughout history. |
beefshoes
05.21.12 | I'd prefer Obama and Biden switch positions.
Biden doesn't bullshit around.
And I truly hope people take the congressional elections seriously this time around. |
WeepingBanana
05.21.12 | "I just completely disagree with Paul in that I like having clean water and shit."
truth |
eternium
05.21.12 | I'm referring to direct leaders and members of Al Qaeda. |
WeepingBanana
05.21.12 | Well I mean I think it's pretty clear that Obama or Romney are gonna go into Iran and if that happens then fuck everything |
