Yes, i have to admit im a bit of a drum fanatic. I first started out rplaying the guitar 6 years rago, played for 2 years and then rrealised i basically enjoyed hitting stuff hard more than rplacing my rfingertips on strings of metal. Another drummer that has had a huge influence on me ever since i heard
him for the very first time 5 years ago. The Patient is a constant mood
changer and therefore requires both soft and heavy drumming, which gives
great variation. The ride cymbal part at 5:10 is one of my all-time favorite
passages and a pure joy to play. |

Nice, epic sounding folk tune with bagpipes and everything. Heavy ass
tribal drumming is required in the beginning of the song until it later
transforms into a quicker, more proggy type of feel. Great song. |

is a nice practice on snare stroke technique while the last part of the song
