raggedragamuffin 04.06.12	missed the openers at all the shows unfortunately; WCAR was as disappointing as I'd been told they'd be, SYG seems to get better every time I see them, Cartel was great, blessthefall came out of nowhere to impress me with a great show, Jeff Loomis shredded like none other, and Periphery! Love that shit! Just a little disappointed Protest weren't better. I mean, they slayed. It just wasn't all I'd hoped and dreamed. Probably was expecting too much.

spillingmercury 04.06.12	Think I heard about Periphery and Protest show because my friend wanted to go, but it conflicted with Lights' tour dates. Sounds like a pretty great week for you.
raggedragamuffin 04.06.12	@Chuck apparently woe enlisted a bunch of new people to tour with them. one of the reasons I enjoyed their show is because the new screamer was clearly super pumped to be on stage and he killed it @spilling yeah the week was fun. Besides Protest I don't really listen to any of these bands regularly, I just went because my friends wanted to. Generally I try to hold out for favorites, like Thrice June 9! Now that's a show I am pumped for.

raggedragamuffin 04.07.12	damn sniper that's sick. WCAR is probably also one of the worst bands i've ever seen live. I've seen ADTR a couple times and they've ranged from shitty to decent. po0ty go see SYG. I've never listened to them outside of a concert, but they're tight live.
