02.23.12 | If you are familiar with working Garage Band and enjoy its features you should look into purchasing Logic Pro 9. Its made by Apple of course and if you are working with a Mac Book it's the easiest most effective software to use. Not only is it great for recording live instruments but it comes packed with loops, synths, and percussion that you can add to your tunes.
if your making electronic music i'd suggest Reason 5 but Abelton is great as well |

02.23.12 | Depends what type of music you're making and on your skill level. If you got the chops, anything will do fine. Pro-Tools ain't too shabby. |
