"big 4 Thrash Bands" Based On Change Of Sound

the title says it all. i am ranking the big 4 thrash bands based on how much i liked their change of sound.
1 Slayer
Heavy Metal-Nu Metal Sound Change/Bostaph Period

Honestly,Slayer's sound change is probably the only change of sound i actually enjoy. They keep it heavy, fast, and agressive...but the nu-metal sound eghh. I loved the punk covers though.
2 Megadeth
Mainstream Shift/Radio Friendly Era

Megadeth's sound change was also excellent but to me it got old and repetitive.
3 Anthrax
Technical-Progressive-Dark Sound Change/Bush Era

Anthrax just became boring with their sound change. Bush's voice sounded generic and i couldn't feel any vibe compared to AMTL and STD.
4 Metallica
Sellout Period/Blues-Rock Sound Change

Do i really need to explain ?
