Strider: The Walking Dead, Comics Or Tv Series?

Strider 02.01.12	A zombie apocalypse would be badass (and sad, very sad)

Tyrannic 02.01.12	know a girl that's read every single book and i've heard they're better. there's a lot in the comics that isn't in the tv show that makes it more of an actual universe than just a setting on a show. that's what she thinks at least, i like the show too.

Strider 02.01.12	Yeah, I guess. the thing is, with the books, is that it's very unsettling. you can get moments where nothing's happening, and a few episodes afterwards, just to finish that part of the story, a whole lot of characters die. the general ambiance is extremely dark, so reading a lot of episodes in one day can be nerve wracking. Not saying that's a bad thing, but I believe the show has much more entertainment qualities, which is logical.
Grimlin 02.02.12	i've read 1-10 of the comics, and seen season 1, and i can easily say i like the comics better. the show started out pretty good, but went way off course. haven't seen any of season two yet, but hopefully the firing of the first writers staff got it back on track. some crazy shit happens in the comics. don't think all of it would fly on tv though

Grimlin 02.02.12	mainly because it's not how the story in the comic goes, and that's what i knew first. i think ill just avoid the second season actually
