05.14.12 | idk I'm on a light anti-depressant (mirtazapine...sp?) and it's alright. it has a nice side-effect of putting me to sleep so I take it at bed time, I'm a really light sleeper so it's a welcome side-effect. I definitely think that if they can be avoided though, they should. when I get home from my year long trip I'm going to wean myself off them and go for the healthy diet/steady exercise route instead.

05.14.12 | I wouldnt take them. Alot of fucked up shit is in those things and doctors just hand them out like m&ms now to feed big pharma. People have lost their minds on them. Its really messing with your entire brain. Just read up on them before you decide.

i still post on here every now and then though. ive been on zoloft for a few months now. perhaps it's improved my life, but i also made a lot of changes in my life and found some direction. to me they're kind of like apathy pills; things that i would usually fret over and get very depressed about dont really affect me all that much, i just have more of a shit happens type attitude. i kind of want to stop taking it but im afraid that i might be addicted/will fall back into how i felt in late 2011/early 2012. |

yeah I went through the same thing. I honestly don't think the combo is bad, maybe in excess, but for the most part my weed smoking helps/helped me cope with the world. idk. sounds like we're in similar places anyway. I feel you dog, I feel you. |
