Ze Top 5 De Hip Hop 2011

Finally back on this shit. Enjoy.

It's cunninlynguists what do you expect? Beautiful production courtesy of Kno and great rhymes. A must have.
2Death Grips

A strange, bizarre compilation of filthy, lo-fi angry stuff. Think a little bit Madlib, with electro and hardcore thrown in the mix production wise, and gruff yelled rhymes. Brilliant.
In Case I Don't Make It

Sleeper album of the year. A totally self produced record, Has-Lo showcases a batch of great, gritty beats to match his deeply concious lyrics. Very Nas like vibe in his delivery. Bloody underrated.
4 A$AP Rocky

Best production on any hip hop album this year point black. Clams Casino and various others turn in remarkable spacey beats that go hand in hand with Rocky's hazy stoned delivery. Lyrically, nothing innovative but with production like this lyrics take a backseat. Trippy.
5 Kendrick Lamar

Smooth flowing young un straight outta Compton. Shows a stark lyrical maturity and versatile flow. Oh yeah, and the production's wonderful.
